The first of the One brand hotel and residences will be located in South Florida, a beachfront oasis called 1 Hotel & Residences South Beach.
With over $100 million dollars being invested in transforming the popular South Beach Perry Hotel in Miami Beach, previously known as Gansevoort South Beach Hotel (and before that Rooney Plaza) into the first 1 Hotel & Residences South Beach, which property features the largest oceanfront stretch in South Beach, with over six hundred linear feet of pristine beachfront bordering the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
