Museum Park, Miami, FL

Since the early 90's Miami's skyline has been decorated with hundreds of luxury condominiums buildings. Buildings have be rising all over town from prominent to newly thriving downtown neighborhoods.   Residents represent all constituencies, foreigners, young professionals, married couples, middle-age professionals and empty Nester's.

The Urban Lifestyle is for anyone who wants to be close to museums, theater and sidewalk cafes. Residents are lured by the romance of wide-open interiors and spectacular views. While many of these units could be small; the most spectacular spaces are not on the fringes, but in the heart of their neighborhood and the access it provides.

Miami's downtown area has been revamping and soon residents will enjoy the over $10 billion investment in the area. One of the most promising projects: Museum Park.

"As a world class destination, Museum Park Miami will allow for both active and passive recreation, engaging visitors with exciting and diverse experiences to create lasting memories that can only be experienced in Miami. Visitors and residents alike will enjoy two world class museums: the Miami Museum of Science & Planetarium - including an exhibition space for the Historical Museum of Southern Florida – and the Miami Art Museum in the setting of city lawns, public gardens, and water features, all fronting beautiful Biscayne Bay. Miamians and visitors will explore gardens which stimulate the senses, capture the imagination, and make a lasting connection to an unforgettable landscape. Strolling by the Bay, reading a book in the Bamboo Garden, exploring the
Island, or playing a game of soccer, visitors will be treated to a new experience of Miami".
